We use Shopify Payments. All the payment methods and wallets that fall under that (credit cards, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay) have protection via Shopify Payments.

Our several strong security measures are PCI DSS Level 1 Compliance so payment data is handled with bank-level security, all payment information is encrypted with SSL/TLS certificates during transmission, credit card numbers are never stored on Shopify's servers but converted into (unusable) secure tokens, and we as store owner never see or have access to the whole credit card numbers.

Also Shopify checks orders for fraud risk and flags suspicious transactions, and the checkout is on Shopify's secure servers.

We also use Paypal as payment method. They provide reasonable protection for your personal information including firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to their data centers, and information access authorization controls. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and providing the right personal information to Paypal. Personal information shared with a third party by Paypal that is a linked account you have approved is not the responsibility of Paypal.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

Our digital products are available for purchase. There is no physical stock applicable. The prices you see just before the sale, at a moment that you can still stop the purchase.

We offer the service of providing local currencies. However, it might be due to rounding that in your local currency the price is a tiny bit higher than the base amount in usd on our website. In that case you can always pay the usd amount. We, however, don’t know what additional cost may be added to that outside our website and our payment system and of that in the end is an advantage for you.

PAYMENT TERMS

You pay immediately and get immediately access to the products via downloads. Our payment system is Shopify Payments, Klarna, and Paypal. The fees they charge are paid by Us. In some Klarna options such as Pay Later, Klarna may charge additional fees if you the customer choose a longer payment period and these fees are not for Us but for you the Customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping is not applicable. The products are digital products. You pay immediately and get immediately access to the products.

REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with our products. Read the product description well before purchasing a product. We have no refund because the products are expectedly bought by b2b. Might you be a b2c customer than we have a refund period of 14 days.

Products that you can buy via an affiliate link and we get commission over, we do not refund. You have to go the company behind the affiliate link. At this moment we don’t; use affiliate links.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Subject to our Refund Policy, we give content without any express or implied warranties.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute or claim from or related to the Terms, its performance, breach, or interpretation (including issues about its validity or enforceability), between You and Us we first try to solve ourselves. If we need more help, it will be resolved by binding arbitration before a Dutch judge.
